I own a 1986 toyota pickup RWD and I want to switch it to 4x4.?

Toyota Pickup had a 4x4 version of the 86 pickup, I want to switch mine to that, but are the frames the same and I could just throw all the 4x4 stuff on? or would it just require ridiculous amounts of fab work?
