Is Drug testing an invasion of privacy?

I think it is. Even though drugs can affect a person's job performance: what some1 does on their own time should be THEIR business. PLUS cocaine is far more lethal & it sticks around far less time in the body than THC does. What a crock of poop! Then alcohol causes more absenteeism in a job than anything but they don't care about that. I'd rather have a pothead working for me than a hopeless alkie!
