Ok My 6 year old Granddaughter has MRSA Staff Infection in her Blood She got it from her Filthy AUNT.?

I Have even had it from this piece of trash my husband got it from her. She is Nasty. This woman lived with my son and his wife 4 years ago and Gave a Severe Staph infection to my granddaughter then she was only 2 the 1st time. I had to rush the little girl to the Emergency room with a 106 fever. Hold her down on the table while the Doctor and Nurse done treatments on her. It was so gross. They had to cut her leg and pack it and give her strong antibiotic. She was just here today and has another place she was crying her oo hurt. I got gloves and a soapy wet wash cloth and cleaned her but and the place ruptured in my hand. I called her mother at work and was going to take her to the emergency room for medicine she told me NO. Just to bandage it and let it alone. The place is about the size of a Quarter her hole cheek is swollen solid. How can I report her Aunt for spreading a Deadly disease such as this. Or would it do any good. I am scared for my granddaughters life. This is the 5th time this woman has given her Stalph.
