Proposition of how to reform the United States Government.?

How about they put a limit on how much money they can have during their campaign to make it fair. Example Obama or Mittromney will easily get money from thir banker buddies while the small people like ron paul will have to get money from regular folks like us. If it was fair then maybe less corrupted individuals would be elected?
