My Husky has been biting the hair off his backside underneath his tail for the last couple of weeks. Why?

It is itchy! He may have a skin irritation or even fleas, possibly may be an allergy. Try giving him an oatmeal bath, and if that doesn't help you can take him to the vet and they can give you medication.
