Is it really just a bad cold? Someone answer this please?

It all started while driving back to school through the mountains 3 days ago when I realized my ears wouldn't unclog. My hearing was at about 50% and the pressure was killing me. The next morning my head was killing me and I realized I was all stuffed up and I felt really sick. The next morning I went to a walk in clinic because I was so dizzy and disoriented in cl. The doctor said it was just a bad cold that had affected my sinuses pretty bad. Well, 3 days later, almost done with my antibiotics (z pack), i feel just as bad and my visions all blurry and my friends are ind of concerned because they all say im so unalert and kind of out of it. I've also got this bad cough thats starting to be painful in my lower chest cavity area and back....I almost never get sick so I don't know whats going on.
