VERY loud gurgling noises?

It's common for certain antibiotics to give you diarrhea even after you've been off of them for weeks. Give it time and don't worry too much. It will p with time. I had the same thing and it took me a month to get over it. If it makes you feel better, go see your doctor but I imagine he'll say the same thing.
