Is it the window motor that went out?

i have a 1983 camaro berlinetta. and the right power window i made go down halfway. and now it wont go up or down using the on. so is it the window motor that went out? the left window works fine. or could it be a fuze? or is there a short somewhere? i am pretty car illiterate. any help would be awesome
