Do's && Don'ts! Advice From Moms!?

I'm almost 9 weeks into my pregnancy. I've cut myself off of everything, sandwich meat, tea, caffiene of any sort (even chocolate!), blah, blah, blah! Then I've read some articles that say it isn't really necessary, I'm just wondering, what's your opinion? I understand the harm of nicotine and alcohol, those factors were out of my life before I even started planning my child, but I don't want to be TOO WARY! Help? Advice?
