Maxofacial/ dentist/ orthodontist plz help jaw surgery......?

my jaw is really bad and i need some advise or to talk to sme one who knows about jaw surgery. please help if you. my jaw is so bad it just goes dead on me. it kills. ive been told that my jaw dont open in one motion. it opens half way down then streches out forward to open the rest. this is really painfull. please advise.
