My public defenders office slammed the phone down hanging up on me. Now who do I talk to?

I missed my court date. I know how ignorant this must be. It was a complete accident. My nice and nephew were over all weekend they were taken to the hospital, diagnosed with that swine. My little girl started showing the same symptoms. I took her to the doctor that next morning with a fever of 103 which was the same day scheduled for court. I wasn't thinking court. I called to reschedule and asked to please have him give me a call. I've not recieved a call from him after leaving 3 messages in the last month. She asked for what reason. I told her about my case. she asked about what. I said my case. She said he was too busy. I asked is not ok if I talk to him? She said it was but that he's too busy. I asked then who do I talk to about my case and she slammed the phone hanging up on me.
