Weird Feeling in my foot... HELPPP?

ok so i'm 21, and i have a strange feeling in the ball of my feet.... it feels like every time i step down/walk i have a pebble in my shoe.... but there is nothing in the shoe and nothing out of the ordinary on the bottom of my foot. its not dry or anything, no lumps or discoloration.. hheellpppp
