Who do i contact to discuss publishing my autobiography?

i would like to know where or who i need to contact to enable me to get my autobiography published.i wrote and presented a vague but brutally honest account of my life whilst in rehab for my alcohol addiction.since that presentation numerous professionals have urged me to pursue the publication because they were either deeply moved or saw something in me that would encourage others in those particular situation to keep on striving for recovery,others have informed me that students studying psychology or looking to work in the care/mental health field would gain great experience.i await with anticipation someone who can steer me in the right direction.
